You must be 18 or older and provide accurate contact and address details. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

• All prices are shown in AED and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery is free on orders above the threshold shown at checkout; otherwise a flat delivery fee applies.
• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation with an order ID.
• We may decline or cancel an order if stock, address or safety conditions do not allow delivery.

Delivery times shown are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather and building access rules. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive an LPG cylinder. Drivers may refuse to connect a cylinder where the installation is unsafe or non-compliant.

You may pay in cash on delivery or by card at checkout. Cylinder deposits, where applicable, are refundable on return of the cylinder in usable condition.

We supply cylinders sealed and pressure-tested. We are not liable for damage caused by faulty customer-owned appliances, hoses or regulators, or by unsafe use after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
